Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
